If you wish, you can bring your vehicle to us and we will summon the insurance adjuster directly to our premises. Our specialist staff will inspect the accident damage in detail with the claims adjuster and find optimum solutions for a flawless repair.
Service
24-hour towing service. If you find yourself stranded, call our 24-hour towing number or contact our company via the police. We or the partner company we have indicated to you will provide you with expert assistance and carefully transfer your vehicle to our workshops. If possible, a replacement car will be brought to you or our towing service will drive you to your door. We will provide you with professional advice on how to settle the costs.
Collection and delivery service. We also offer a free collection and delivery service for Basel and Riehen. Once you’ve made an appointment, you can leave your vehicle in our care with all the care and attention it needs.
Replacement vehicle. Our modern fleet of vehicles keeps you mobile. If you need a car, the repair of an accident and therefore the absence of your vehicle always represent an organisational challenge.
