We help you to comply with SUVA regulations. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that SUVA requires installations to be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. The guidelines are published in various SUVA letters and recommendations. Regular maintenance work on installations is recommended not only to extend the life of the equipment, but also to comply with workplace safety regulations.

That’s why we keep most spare parts for the superstructures we manufacture in stock, even well beyond the warranty period. This ensures that, in the event of damage, spare parts are quickly available for repair.
Platform lift service
To ensure that your platform lift continues to serve you for a long time to come. A platform lift is a work tool that has to bear hundreds of kilos a day. Heavy use inevitably leads to wear and tear on certain parts. Regular servicing allows us to check functionality and identify and replace critical wear parts. A great deal of attention is paid to the hydraulic parts. After careful cleaning and checking of the hydraulic fluid, the entire system is lubricated. We round off our lift service with a thorough final functional check.
Brand-independent lift service. Whatever the make of tail lift installed on your vehicle, we will be happy to carry out maintenance or repair work on the tail lift. For the Dhollandia and Dautel brands, we stock the most common spare parts.
Trade-in – replacement
Continue to use your equipment. The conditions for transferring a superstructure from an old chassis to a new one depend on a number of factors. In all cases, the most important point is whether the dimensions of the bodywork are compatible with the mounting instructions for the new chassis. Another aspect is the way in which the existing bodywork has been fitted to the chassis by the bodybuilder, and therefore its ability to be reworked. In all cases, the existing vehicle must be inspected by us and a trade-in examined in detail, so that a cost-effective alternative can be submitted to you.

Wenger superstructures, whether tippers, flatbeds, tarpaulins or vans, are designed so that they can easily be fitted to a new chassis of the same model. Trailer service
For safe driving. With regular servicing, functionality is checked and critical wearing parts are identified and replaced. After all, only a trailer that is optimally maintained can give you the confidence that the braking values are correct and that you are driving safely and in accordance with the law. A trailer, whether it’s used daily or once a year, should be checked regularly, because brakes (also due to immobilisation damage), faulty lighting or tyres that are too old can be a safety hazard.
In our well-equipped workshops, our skilled staff repair and maintain trailers of all makes, prepare them for roadworthiness testing or present them directly for you. We only use high-quality original spare parts. Thanks to our ever-growing stock of spare parts, we have a large number of Alko and Knott spare parts on site and can, if necessary, organise spare parts that are not in stock at short notice.
Our infrastructure includes a brake test stand, various test devices, including electrical ones, and loading weights of various sizes.
